Eliza has a successful career in marketing and PR for over 12 years, but decided to give it all up and travel to India to learn the art of yoga, with the ultimate goal of becoming a yoga instructor herself.
She studied at Yoga Vidya, Kerala and found the experience incredible. "I learnt so much in my time in India and am excited to be bringing a bit of India back to London."
