Yoga Me Happy is on a mission, to make Londoners happy… with yoga!

As a former Account Director at a marketing firm, Eliza was pretty much dragged into her first yoga class by her then partner, now husband as a means to save her mind from the pressures of the corporate world. She loved practicing so much that within 6 months she'd quit her job and was on her way to India. She immersed herself in the culture and colour of Kerala, and aims to bring a little of the well-being, grounding and light that she found there back to her London classes.

Mum to 8 year old twins, and a 4 year old, Eliza understands the stresses and strains of everyday life in London and hopes to be a catalyst to help others to find their inner calm. She has also worked with children with special needs and studied at the Special Yoga Foundation, a part of her job that she really loves. She got interested in Special Yoga for Special Children, as her twins both have Cerebral Palsy and Autism, and has a huge belief in what yoga can give everyone, and particularly those for whom life is just that little bit more challenging.

Eliza has developed a strong, honest style with a slant towards catering for the London, corporate audience that proves popular with the students that she teaches. The classes are mainly Hatha yoga, providing balanced sessions, suitable for all levels, however she also teaches pre/post natal sessions, chair/restorative yoga for an older audience and dynamic hatha flow classes for those who want to develop their practice in a safe, friendly environment. She also takes her well-bring to offices around London, with names such as the NHS and The National Autistic Society enjoying the physical, mental and emotional benefits that yoga can assist in.

Competitive rates for local people. Eliza travels to homes around London to teach individuals or groups. She also offer corporate yoga, please do get in touch to find out rates and details. yogamehappy@yahoo.co.uk
