S+S and Wind Down Yoga
Our NEW Strength + Stretch class is a mixture of strength-building and stabilising exercises, using weights and/ or resistance bands (provided), to keep you strong and flexible. Perfect to build muscle, without getting bulked up, to increase blood flow and help keep your joints strong. Please wear/bring trainers for this class.
Only book our Tangerine Tuesday plan if you are coming to both classes. You can use the drop down menu in the 'payment' section when booking to change whether you are paying for a single class or a plan.
Wind Down yoga has long been a part of the Yoga Me Happy schedule and will be back in 2025, as the perfect way to end to your Tuesday evening!
Come for either or stay for both - there will be tea and nibbles* for those staying for both classes.

Class takes place at the Quaker Meeting House, 1a Jewel Road, just off Hoe Street E17. Entre via the back of the building and use the keypad to select The Meeting Room, then press the bell for entry.
