FREE guided relaxation
In this busy old world of ours, it's so important to relax, but we very rarely take the time to relax completely, letting the body and mind feel truely calm and balanced.
Those who have been taught by Yoga Me Happy will know that the relaxation section of the practice is fully guided to ensure that your mind is occupied, used to walk through parts of the body relaxing them as they are mentioned. In this way we give our brain something to concentrate on to help with process. It is important to keep our minds occupied, as if told simply to relax, it is very difficult to keep concentration and stop the mind wandering and thus being fully present on the mat.
I hope you enjoy the relaxation and please feel free to share with everyone you know if you like it!
