Yoga Me Happy is delighted to help you through the journey of pregnancy and into labour.
The classes are tailored to your new and developing, pregnancy body. We will work through creating space for your bump, strength for labour and modifying those all-important yogic postures to keep you happy and healthy during your pregnancy. All of this plus a de-stressing relaxation at the end of the class to boot... perfect!
Now that we are in the winter months, our classes take place in the Aveling Park Bowls Clubhouse in the centre of Lloyd Park. While blankets and props are provided, please do bring your own mat or towel to place on top of mine.

Starting Wednesday 19th January, Yoga Me Happy will be offering new mums the chance to get back to themselves post partum, slowly and mindfully.
This class is a post natal yoga class, focused on you, as opposed to a mum and baby class, so baby are invited, but not essential.
Classes will be in the Garden Room at The Quaker Meeting House. A warm, welcoming space on the ground floor, with space for buggies.
PLEASE NOTE: generally 6 weeks after birth is a good place to start, however if there were complications in birth or you have had a C section, please take advice from your doctor before attending class.
