Get motivated with a little plank play... Come into plank from all fours, flex one foot, lift to hip height, take 3 breaths, then squeeze inner elbows to the centre, hug your belly super tight and on an exhale shift your body back to a 3-legged dog. Breathe 3 times here. Repeat a couple of times one side before swinging the top leg through and heel-toe your foot in between the hands for a little low lunge to reset before dropping the back knee, joining it with the front leg for a well-earned childs pose.... repeat on the other side. Don't forget to ensure the foot on the top leg is flexed, pointing downwards.
